    التمثلات الإجتماعية للعمل عند عمال النظافة في الجزائر

    يعد الاهتمام بالمستخدمين داخل المؤسسة - لمعرفة توجهاتهم وتصوراتهم نحو عملهم- من أساسيات التسيير الناجع، لذا فإن معرفة تمثلاتهم الاجتماعية للعمل قد تساهم في تحقيق احتياجاتهم و تحقيق الأهداف التنظيمية أيضا. وبناءا على ذلك، هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على طبيعة التمثلات الاجتماعية للعمل لدى عمال النظافة بحظيرة بلدية سطيف، شرق الجزائر، وعلاقة متغيرات ظروف العمل، الهوية المهنية، السلطة التنظيمية، بتشكيل تلك التمثلات . تم استخدام المنهج الوصفي الذي طبقنا من خلاله استمارة بالمقابلة على عينة طبقية ضمت (88) مفردة من أعوان النظافة و النقاوة العمومية برتبهم الثلاث، ولقد توصلت الدراسة إلى أن لعمال النظافة تمثلات اجتماعية سلبية حول عملهم. //////////////////////////////////////////////////////////// It is concerned with the users within the organization - in order to know their attitudes and perceptions towards their work - is one of the basics of effective management, so knowing their social representations of work may contribute to achieving their needs and achieving organizational goals as well. Accordingly, this study aimed to identify the nature of the social representations of work among cleaning workers in the municipality of Setif, eastern Algeria, and the relationship of the variables of working conditions, professional identity, and organizational authority to the formation of their social representations. The descriptive approach was used, through which we applied an interview form to a stratified sample that included (88) individuals from public sanitation and sanitation agents in their three ranks, The study found that sanitation workers have negative social representations about their work.
