    الاستراتيجيات الفردية وبنية العلاقات الجماعية في الحقل التربوي- دراسة ميدانية على عينة من أساتذة التعليم الثانوي ببلدية جيجل-

    هدفت الدراسة الدراسة الموسومة بعنوان "الاستراتيجيات الفردية وبنية العلاقات الجماعية في الحقل التربوي- دراسة ميدانية على عينة من أساتذة التعليم الثانوي ببلدية جيجل-" إلى التعرف على طبيعة علاقات أستاذ التعليم الثانوي والاستراتيجيات الفردية التي يعزز من خلالها بنية علاقاته مع أفراد الإدارة المدرسية وزملائه وتلاميذه وأوليائهم، وانطلقت الدراسة من تساؤل رئيسي مفاده: ما هي الاستراتيجيات التي يستخدمها أستاذ التعليم الثانوي لتعزيز بنية علاقاته في ثانويات بلدية جيجل؟ وتم الاعتماد في هذه الدراسة على المنهج الوصفي وأسلوبي التحليل الكمي والكيفي، وأدوات منهجية متمثلة في الملاحظة والمقابلة والاستمارة لجمع البيانات من مجتمع الدراسة، وعينة طبقية متكونة من234 أستاذا وأستاذة، وخلصت الدراسة إلى أن طبيعة علاقات أستاذ التعليم الثانوي في ثانويات بلدية جيجل هي علاقات جيدة وعلاقات صراع مع زملائه والتلاميذ وأولياء التلاميذ، وعلاقات جيدة وعلاقات محايدة مع أفراد الإدارة المدرسية، كما يستخدم أستاذ التعليم الثانوي استراتيجيات شكلية وضمنية لتعزيز بنية علاقاته مع أفراد الإدارة المدرسية وزملائه وتلاميذه، واستراتيجيات شكلية لتعزيز بنية علاقاته مع أولياء التلاميذ في ثانويات بلدية جيجل. //////////////////////////////////////////////////////////// The study titled « Individual strategies and the structure of group relationships in the educational field : A field study on a sample of secondaey school teachers in the municipality of Jijel » aimed to identify the nature of the relationships of secondary school teachers and the individual strategies they use to enhance their relationships with members of the school administration ; colleagues ; students and parents. The study was guided by the main question : What strategies do secondary school teachers use to enhance the stucture of their relationships in the secondary schools of jijel Municipality ? The study employed a descriptive method ; both quantitative and qualitative analysis ; and methodological tools such as observation ; interviews and questionnaires. The sample consisted of 234 male and female teachers who were distributed the questionnaire. The study concluded that the nature of relationships of secondary school teachers in Jijel’s secondary schools involves both good relationships and conflicting ones with colleagues ; students and parents. They also have good relationships and neutral ones with members of the school administration. Additionally ; secondary school teacher use both formal and implicit strategies to enhance their relationships with the members of the school administration ; colleagues and students, while using formal strategies with the parents.
